If your toilet is clogged...
You can typically unclog the pipes using a plunger. If you don't have one, you can purchase one from any big box retailer or hardware store.
To move the clog through the system, press the plunger into place over the drainage hole and create a seal. Pump the plunger up and down rapidly to push the clog out.
Do not flush your toilet unless the water drains.
If your property loses electrical power, first contact your utility provider to troubleshoot the issue. If there are any local grid outages or problems with your account, they should be able to advise you accordingly.
If you have your own hot water heater, check the settings on the unit before contacting us. Make sure everything looks correct and see if you can cycle the heater off and back on again to restore the default settings.
If you continue to have problems, contact us.
If your HVAC system isn't working properly, locate your central thermostat and check the settings. Make sure the system is on and functional.
